Project Description

The Langham, Boston Comprehensive Renovation $120 million renovations of 311 guestrooms and public areas to bring out the historic character of the building, which first opened in 1922 as the original Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. The guestrooms received all new finishes, and the majority of the public spaces were completely renovated, including the existing lobby and BOND lounge and bar. A new ballroom and rear lobby with a monumental stair were added to the public spaces. The exterior of the building was power-washed, with new entrance canopies, updated awnings, and new lighting with some replaced/new signage.
