The Hoxton, Los Angeles

Starlite is demolishing the entire interior of a 90,000-square-foot, 10-story building in Downtown Los Angeles and constructing a new 174-key hotel with a full seismic retrofit, new stairwells, freight elevator, and M/E/P systems. The project also includes rooftop construction featuring a food and beverage venue, pool deck, seating, and back-of-house areas, along with restaurants and bars on the basement, ground, and roof levels.
