Harvard University 100 South Campus Drive

100 South Campus Drive is a mixed-use development in Allston that brings together sustainable housing and dynamic community spaces for Harvard graduate students, faculty, and staff. Our New England millwork, general trades, and specialties divisions recently completed work throughout the building’s 276 residential units, including six townhouse units, as well as throughout the first-floor amenity areas, including the gym, mailroom, social lounge, multipurpose kitchen, and Facility Director Suite. Our millwork team installed kitchens and vanities with quartz countertops, bypass closet casings and jambs, closet shelving, windowsills, and slat and veneer wall panels. Our specialties team installed acoustical and felt wall panels, wire mesh, wall protection, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, lockers, mailboxes, closet shelving, and bike racks. Lastly, our general trades team maintained site protection and safety measures to support ongoing construction activities for the duration of the project.

This project is situated next to Harvard University’s American Repertory Theater – another Starlite project.
